• Participate in the initial discussions to decide scope of the project.
• Analyze the environment, Design and present a Proof of Concept (POC).
• Once POC is approved, Design and Coding follows.
• Test the project in phases, this also includes stress and performance testing.
• Create a Pre-Production environment in the staging area.
• Document the process to make the Application Go-live.
• Maintain and support the application/product post the go-live date as is needed.
